Tenul poate reflecta multe despre stilul de viata a unei persoane, poate arata semne ale  oboselii sau a  epuizarii. Cu o mica atentie insa putem ajuta la mentinerea tineretii si sanatatii tenului.
 
In viata de zi cu zi tenul este expus constant efectelor nocive ale mediului inconjurator: aerul murdar, vremea racoroasa de iarna sau chiar razele solare nocive pe timpul verii – toate acestea pot cauza probleme ale tenului. Utilizarea produselor cosmetice de machiaj pot deasemenea defavoriza starea tenului, astfel indepartarea acestora este esentiala pentru mentinerea sanatatii acestuia.
 
In concluzie, curatarea corecta si regulata a tenului este foarte importanta. Produsele recomandate sunt:
  • Lapte/ Gel sau Spuma demachianta: primul si cel mai important pas este utilizarea demachiantului de fata. Utilizarea lui este foarte usoara: se ia un disc demachiant si cu ajutorul acestuia se sterge tenul. Cu mare atentie se sterge si zona de langa par si linia T, adica fruntea, nasul si barbia.
